We will immerse you in 12 months of training, gaining hands-on experience in all facets of our business. As we continue to grow, Solutran recognizes the need to effectively recruit and train individuals to enter into all areas of our company. The graduate training program is designed to attract recent graduates who are recognized as having significant abilities, enthusiasm, and developmental potential to become an integral part of our organization.

Qualifications
We are looking for the best and the brightest college graduates to join our company’s graduate training program.

• Four-year degree.
• GPA 3.25 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail.
