WAL-MART SELECTS SOLUTRAN FOR RETURN CHECK MANAGEMENT

Minneapolis – (November 7, 2005) – Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. has chosen treasury provider Solutran® for its returned check processing services. Under terms of the agreement, Solutran will handle returned check consolidation (RCC), electronic check re-presentment (RCK), and service fee recovery services for all Sam's Club and a significant number of Wal-Mart locations.

"We were looking for a vendor that could provide a complete returned check processing solution and had an obvious commitment to delivering a high-level of customer service," said Becky Garrett, Wal-Mart Director of Financial Operations.
