Solutran Online Account Reporting (SOAR)
SOAR gives you access to high-quality digital images of the front and back of each returned check. The images are displayed in grayscale JPEG format for easy viewing. Each image screen also provides a high-level summary of the item, including type of return, original return date, amount, and reason for return.

                                                                           
Bulk Image Delivery
With Digital Image Delivery, your backroom staff no longer needs to process, file, or store checks. Instead, let Solutran capture your check images and store digitized pictures of both sides in a computer database. The imaged checks can be transmitted electronically, delivered to you through an FTP site, or as hard copy in lieu of originals.

                                                                                      
Returned Image Print Delivery
For businesses that require paper images, Solutran is able to deliver high-quality printed images of all chargeback items in bulk format in place of original checks. Solutran's official check size option is printed in MICR ink on 24-pound paper and can be read by most MICR sorters and other MICR readers.

Printed images are pre-sorted by store number and MICR line, then bundled with a leader page and trailer which provide a summary of all items including the total number of items and dollar amount.
