Double PostCard Check (DPC²)
Each and every refund check you mail can perform double duty. Use Solutran's Double PostCard Check (DPC²) to collect important marketing information or add customized surveys and/or special offers —and pay only the postcard mailing rate.

Positive Pay
With daily reconciliation, Positive Pay offers the highest level of security and protection against fraud. Exceptions are researched the same day checks are presented for payment, giving you a larger window of time for researching exception decisions.

Positive Pay Reconciliation
Because reconciliation takes place daily, Positive Pay offers the highest level of security and protection against fraud. Exception items are researched the same day the checks are presented for payment, which gives your staff a longer window of time to research exception decisions. You get a clean report and reduced workload.

                                                                           
Partial Reconciliation
Solutran's Partial Reconciliation service is a listing of items, shown in check number order, including dollar amounts and dates paid. By querying a data range via SOAR, you can download a report of your Partial Reconciliation Paid Items. The report provides a summary of your paid information, including account number, check number, amount, and paid date. The last record will include the total dollar amount and total item count.

Subaccount Services
Solutran's Subaccount Service maintains promotion subaccounts within one main account, eliminating the extra work and costs involved in managing multiple bank accounts and banking relationships. With this report, you can compare promotion results faster and more easily. Our dollar amount control options on the subaccount and account levels can help decrease or avoid losses from fraud.

Escheatment Reporting
The Escheatment File is a detailed listing of outstanding items including check number, last name, first name, address, city, state, zip code, issue date and amount, and auxiliary information (if provided). Typically, this file is delivered via FTP one year after the first check is issued.

Online Image Access
Disbursement clients have the ability to view images of paid items via SOAR. Online images are available for retrieval the next business morning. A hyperlink indicating paid item status will appear on the query screen (either Paid Item, Positive Pay Query by Check Number and Auxiliary, and Positive Pay Exception Resolution).

Comprehensive Online Reporting
Solutran's Online Account Reporting (SOAR) system brings all of your account information together in one easy-use-website. Access your balance reporting, view your positive pay exceptions, place stop payment and check lookup requests, and search for specific checks to determine status with the Paid Items Query.
