MICRefine: How It Works
MICRefine performs parsing, swapping, and scrubbing of your data at the point of raw information collection.

Parsing
The ability to accept raw MICR data and identify the appropriate routing number, account number, and check number to use in ACH processing.

                                                                                    
Swapping
The ability to recognize a routing and account number format that needs to be changed, or swapped, in order for the ACH to post properly to the RDFI.

Scrubbing
The ability to recognize items that are not ACH eligible, such as business check or money orders, and customers who have chosen to opt out. We subsequently print and deposit a draft or image replacement document (IRD) for processing.
