Solutran's Consolidated Returns (RCC) service saves significantly on transaction time, since returned items come back from the paying bank directly to Solutran rather than to the bank of first deposit.

Additional Returns Services

RCK-Ready File
RCK-ready files are electronic files containing the MICR and other information from returned checks. Once Solutran receives the file, each eligible item is converted to an electronic transaction and presented through the ACH network.

                                                                                   
Paper Presentment
Solutran can process all of your NSF checks, even RCK-ineligible items. By paper re-presenting these items rather than charging them back to you, Solutran helps increase upfront recovery before sending returned checks on to collections.              

Comprehensive Online Reporting
Solutran Online Account Reporting (SOAR) is more than just an internet banking tool — SOAR's features help you track the happenings of your returned check management program from start to finish. You can view digital images of your returned checks, data capture information such as name, address, and account number, and access all of your account information in one easy-to-use website.
