ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

This position is responsible for preparing multiple items for image capture, such as WIC checks, paper checks and other financial transaction related items.

  • Check in and open daily UPS deliveries
  • Open client deposit bags to expedite prepping process
  • Prep the items to ensure quality prior to image capture
  • Collect and deliver items to the image capture
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • Enjoy things that are repetitive in nature
  • Dependable
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a fast pace
  • Able to sit for long periods
  • Demonstrated stable/consistent work history
  • Open communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • The ability to read and comprehend instructions and short correspondence in English.
  • The ability to write simple correspondence in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit or stand for long periods of time; to walk, talk or hear; use hands to grasp, finger, handle, or touch objects or controls.  On occasion, the colleague may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.  The colleague may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
