Position Summary

Provide professional, prompt, and courteous assistance to clients and other guests. Answer calls received through the main company phone number and transfers callers to the correct department or contact. Answer routine types of questions that originate from phone calls. Provide professional administrative support to members of management. Provide operations assistance on daily processing needs as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer and re-direct phone calls in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
  • Provide Customer Service support as required through pre-established call routing system. Document calls taken for service team member using Salesforce.com.
  • Greet visiting clients with high degree of professionalism. Ensures all visitors are logged in and out on issued passes.
  • Sort all incoming mail and faxed correspondence to internal employees in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Provide keying support and other miscellaneous daily operational process as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to members of management to include professional correspondence, mailings, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional workstation and entrance area.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minumum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Phone Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC Skills – Proficient with MS Word, Excel
  • Ability to work with numbers
  • Ability to multi-task

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, the employee may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
