Position Summary

The graduate training program is designed to attract graduates who are self-starters, quick learners, and enthusiastic about making a difference. Come test the waters in a position with the ability to take on project work that allows you to collaborate with other departments while gaining experience and developing your talents. We are interested in a variety of skill sets including strong analytical, creative, and writing skills. The need will vary by department and position. You will have the opportunity to work with all levels of the organization, including senior management. This position will be based at our Tampa, FL. location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting product development and implementation efforts.
  • Supporting project implementation with clients and vendors.
  • Testing
  • Analyzing data and trends.
  • Trouble shooting, problem solving, and issue resolution.
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Managing vendor and bank relationships.
  • Providing subject matter expert working with cross-functional teams.
  • Creating client facing marketing materials.
  • Supporting client relationships.

Minumum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university
  • The desire to learn
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Good analytical skills
  • Effective verbal, written and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Internship experience

The position is an office-based position in our Tampa, FL. office.
