The Operations Analyst is a versatile role responsible for gathering requirements, project management, ad hoc reporting/analysis. In this role you will work across teams to make sure other departments’ needs are met.
The Operations Analyst will assist with call center productivity by identifying and implementing process improvements, focusing on processes, controls, and documentation. This role will also work on new client implementations and create enhancements and changes across our tools.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for project management and ad hoc reporting and analysis related to call center activity.
- Audit various systems, operational and vendor processes for performance trends and variances.
- Support Business Analyst group in requirements documentation, requirements validation, QA/testing and implementation of new processes or product features/functionality.
- Create process flows and procedures for new and existing services.
- Responsible for new client implementation.
- Responsible for supporting operational processes.
- Other duties assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; and/or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Developing knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings and planning agendas.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously under limited supervision.
- Effective verbal, written and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Banking/ACH experience helpful.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) and 7-10+ years related experience. MBA preferred.
- Management experience required.
