Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Associate – Demand Generation will have superior writing skills and responsibility for driving generation campaigns, creating thought leader content, and be involved in a variety of marketing activities. The Senior Marketing Associate – Demand Generation will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager and will have regular contact with the Chief Marketing Officer and other executives. Daily responsibilities will vary but include assisting in copywriting, campaign management, strategy, design, content creation, implementation and analysis, as well as the development of marketing materials, working with clients and coordinating vendors. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively to create, implement and analyze successful demand generation campaigns that drive leads and opportunities
  • Support the creation of automated marketing executions using Pardot/Salesforce
  • Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales
  • Assist in the creation of weekly B2B communications
  • Review and contribute to the writing and editing of content for press releases, website features, email copy, app push notifications, RFPs, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Input to the creative development of collateral, electronic sales presentations and webinars, program email layouts, and new iconography
  • Provide ideas on product positioning, user experience enhancements, prospect nurturing and engagement marketing
  • Assist in the management of relationships with strategic partners and vendors
  • Collaborate regularly with senior managers
  • Other projects as assigned

Minumum Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree required with a strong GPA
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Strong writing skills with experience writing for a variety of audiences
  • Experience with email marketing automation such as Pardot
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, with a record of accomplishment
  • Excellent collaborator; socially focused with a “how can I help you?” attitude
  • Culture builder and culture champion
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills/great charisma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong College GPA
